There is a widely held misconception(against clear orders of ALLAH in the Quran) that  the Quran needs no interpretation."Walaqad yassanalQurana lizzikre fa hal min muddakir"and
'La ta'alamo t'a weelohoo illalAllah".
The thought process od Muslims is required to remain within the teachings of the Quran. There is need to reconstruct or reiterpret muslim religious philiosophy(?)The Quran states in a number of paces that the earlier peoples went astray after Ilm(knowlege)had come to them seeking quarrels(baghyan) amongst them. The tafseer   w riters  and reconstrucrors of Islaamic thought come in the same category of those in earlier religions who sought cotroversies(baghaa). The Quran also says at quite few place 'La tatafarraqoo" = Do not create sects. Most of the poibts of confusion in Islaam have been created by Tafarqa(sect making) and writing Tafseers of the Quran.
