Wajid Khan Defection to Progressive Conservative Party.

Indeed people are angry about Wajid Khan's defection from Liberal to PC.
Although floor crossings take place all the time, none is acceptable to the Canadians. Wajid Khan's defection is no exception. There must be a law against such unethical behavior. But no political party has ever introduced such law. Am I right?
For whatever reason Wajid was the Prime Minister's "advisor" about the Middle East. Quite a joke I think. Did the Prime Minister who is a staunch supporter of Israel, and blind faith follower of the US Middle East policies really need an advisor on the Middle East? Most likely not. The Middle East situation is obvious to the whole world. The Prime Minister does not need an advisor. But he needs a pawn, and quite skillfully he got one.
This defection did nothing good for the Canadians, or Wajid Khan, but it certainly would help the PC Party as an additional vote in the Parliament.

The Prime Minister says that Wajid Khan’s Middle East report will not be made public. Does a report really exist? If it does, what does it say? If it speaks the truth, then this report is not welcome by the Prime Minister, and even as a liberal, Wajid Khan would have been out of job. If the report contains what the Prime Minister likes to hear, then Wajid Khan would make a lots of Muslims angry. So, everything hush, hush.

Another very interesting point should be noted. News of Wajid Khan defection was made public just one day after the Prime Minister announced a Cabinet shuffle and appointment of some new “junior ministers”. What does this suggest? Any guesses?
