TO JAVED &
RAFI AAMER
The people who are wittingly showing their
intellectuality and pretending themselves progressive have absolutely no
clue of the ground realities. their only source of
information/confirmation is the college's website. they don't know what
happened when the administration tried to relocate these kids to
Rawalpindi Medical College. what sort of anger they faced? how the
student's of Rawalpindi medical college reacted? and what the Ahmadiyya
Jamaat is doing and have done so far. it is not only up to sermon. what
the Rawalpindi Jamaat is doing is not in your knowledge and your frog like
minds cannot absorb. Because the world's most easiest thing is to
criticize someone. As a whole we spend millions of hours to criticize
others to prove the existence of 100 grams of brain in our skull like
those critics who professionally criticize on those books which they never
read.
I know this is not an important
incident because this is just a fruit of the under mentioned law of the
Islamic Republic of Pakistan. I bet you have to hear some more outcomes of
this law in the later days which most of the Common Pakistani fellows are
not aware and do not get affected except Ahmadis. These inhuman laws are
worst then the apart head laws of South Africa. Most of the Human rights
champions narrated their views in their sermons and their intellectuality
does not go beyond the apart head South African laws. If they ever read
our Pakistan Penal Code, not only those HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST but also the
African law makers would get embarrassed for sure.
Remember back in 1984 when the Government of Pakistan promulgated an
ordinance called Prohibition of Qadianiat Ordinance- 1984 by which
Pakistan penal code was amended by Section 298-B and Section 298-C,
prohibiting Ahmadis to follow Islamic way of life, using Muslim names,
terminologies, preaching their faith, invite other to accept their faith,
say Kalma, Azaan, Mosque and to profess themselves Muslim. In this way
Ahmadis were deprived of their fundamental human rights. Since the
promulgation of an ordinance in 1984, it is a criminal offence in Pakistan
for Ahmadis to call themselves Muslim, to use Muslim practices of worship,
Muslim terms of greeting or to propagate their faith. In practice it means
that Ahmadis can be -- and are -- imprisoned for calling their place of
worship a "mosque", or for using the popular greeting "assalam-o-alaikum".
In December, 1989, the local police charged & wrote the FIR against the
whole population (over 48000) of the town of Rabwah where Ahmadis are
comparatively in majority under the abovementioned law when the Ahmadis
were celebrating the birthday of Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh). The police argued
that according to the law, Ahmadis cannot celebrate that day like other
Muslims. It further confirmed that Ahmadis are not safe in our country at
any place regardless of the majority or minority. The inhuman & satanic
laws follow each and every Ahmadi in Pakistan and hang on him like a naked
sword and keep him in continuous fear of persecution regardless how &
where he lives. Anyone can charge them under the above stated laws and
which might result 3-years imprisonment
