want to thank you for sharing your ideas honestly and candidly. Since you
are sharing them in piecemeal and I have never met you I am
feeling a bit confused. In my mind you are raising many questions that are
wonderful I want to learn from your knowledge, experience and wisdom. Would
it be possible for you to articulate your position about the topic we
presented to the speakers? If you were in Toronto and you were presenting in our
