I don't know who your friend is and why she's is asking for comments for something that sounds like an exercise in self-appeasement and self-promotion.

Didn't our own Ziauddin Ahmed write something similar at one time?

I know some people, as I'm sure you do as well, who write to advise every president that takes over in Pakistan how to run the country.

I would be interested provided I have some additional information that the author and her friend are not going to exploit what we say into political capital.
