Hello everyone
Time is the only resource that is
limited, and when it passes you can never get it back. You can get
everything else back including money, health, family.
Do you all know how much time is
wasted when people do not think clearly, and therefore cannot come to a
definite conclusion?
Let us ponder over this and make
up our minds once and for all, we can accept or deny but at least we
conclude the discussion and move to something progressive.
Take a stone and tie it to one
end of the rope - hold onto the other end of the rope and swing it above
your head. When the stone breaks
away from the rope, it will fly outwards. While the stone is orbiting
around your hand that is holding the rope, the centrifugal and centripetal forces
are balanced. For this to happen the following variables play a part:
- The speed of revolution of the
stone around the hand
- the mass of the stone
- the length of the rope
If this were an orbit,
"without pillars", there would be no rope. There is a force of gravity. Additional
factors come into play,
- the speed of rotation of the
stone around itself
- the speed of rotation of the
hand (affecting the gravitational pull)
- the mass of the central object
- the gravitational constant
There are a trillion galaxies out
there each with a billion stars. Each of these objects is moving in an
orbit.
If you take a grain of sand on
earth, there are millions of atoms in it. The number of atoms on earth
cannot be imagined.
There are trillions of heavenly
bodies, each much larger than our sun.
Imagine the number of atoms in
our universe - you cannot imagine it. Yet each is moving in an orbit.
And none of these orbits come to
a stop - ever.
Not only are these objects moving
in an orbit around a central body, the central body itself is moving in an
orbit around another central body.
When one of the forces is always
constant, the other variables have to be fine tuned to match.
According to British Scientist
Richard Collins, if we take a ruler (or measuring tape) graded in inches,
and stretch it from one corner of the universe to the other corner, a
distance of 14 billion light years (one light year is approximately 10
trillion kilometers) - imagine how many notches of one inch there would be
- the value for the gravitational constant lies on one notch. If it were moved up or down one notch,
anything bigger than a pea would get crushed.
We can never ever imagine the
greatness of our Creator. Those who want to question or argue about the Creator's
existence and greatness under the guise of an 'intellectual' discussion
aren't intellectual at all. And they insist on burying their head in the
sand.
[13:2] GOD is the One who raised
the heavens without pillars that you can see, then
assumed all authority. He committed the sun and the moon, each running (in
its orbit) for a predetermined period. He controls all things, and explains
the revelations, that you may attain certainty about meeting your Lord.
[31:10] He created the heavens
without pillars that you can see. He established on earth stabilizers
(mountains) lest it tumbles with you, and He spread on it all kinds of
creatures. We send down from the sky water to grow all kinds of beautiful
plants.
[39:67] They can never fathom the
greatness of GOD. The whole earth is within His fist on the Day of
Resurrection. In fact, the universes are folded within His right hand.* Be
He glorified; He is much too high above needing any partners.
[18:54] We have cited in this
Quran every kind of example, but the human being is the most argumentative
creature.
