Dear
Khalid, many thanks for convincing demonstration of the Triad theory. I
totally agree. The same Effect (Depression) may have three Causes like (1)
Body, and/or, (2) Brain, and/or, (3) Mind/ / Personality.
I also
accept that in case of a matter like HOH the same cause Pressure may
produce three different Effects (Phases) in the form of (1) Solid , (2)
Liquid and (4) Gas.
In my
earlier post I have argued that this Triad is not a rule but an exception. There
are many matters which exist in less than three phases and there are some
which have many phases. It can not be fixed to three to all matters. In
case of matter the same effect can be produced by many causes. The water
can be transformed to vapour not only with pressure but also with heat,
wind, atmospheric conditions and man’s activities. So, a matter can have N
phases (Effects) under M conditions (Causes). The N and the M can not be
fixed as a priori to three.
My
simple proposition is: “The Same
Effect may be produced by many Causes and the Same Cause may produce many
Effects.”
In case
of illness, I do not know if all illnesses have the same three causes (M) as
in the case of Depression. Also, is it not possible that each illness has
many forms (N). All I know is that there are many
types of fever perhaps more than three.
I will
let the experts in this field (House Doctors!) decide about the Triad
theory in their particular fields.
I have
a feeling that my simple proposition will be applicable in the case of
illness as well. Just a wishful thinking!!
Regards
to you all,
