I am not entirely aware
of the complete circumstances surrounding
the 1992 operation but I would like to raise
a point here which I consider rather
important. I see how everything makes sense
and MQM was maligned to weaken their power,
and so many workers murdered. I however
consider all of this to be an even bigger
conspiracy against Pakistan. For however
much we argue that MQM workers were killed,
I believe that they were all Pakistanis.
Moreover, the agenda behind such
conspiracies was to hold back Benazir Bhutto
and PPPP. The Army feared the PEOPLE OF
PAKISTAN, not MQM or PPPP and wanted the
right wing to win by a majority which did
not seem likely at that time. I just wish we
could get past the whole Sindhi, Punjabi,
Balochi, and Pakhtoon MQM was wrongfully
accused so that the People of Pakistan could
be misguided. I chose to look at it as
conspiracy against the People of Pakistan.
And for that, those responsible should be
punished accordingly.
