Response to Nargis Tapal, Post #10

“I
know a 432 page book is not the typical booklet or
pamphlets so many Pakistanis are accustomed to
reading, but I propose people should learn to read
before they comment on a written text”.
Apart from
being presumptuous, the statement drips arrogance,
haughtiness and paranoia.
I suggest, the
authors and their concerned spouses (I understand
Nargis Tapal is author’s wife - my apologies if my
understanding is incorrect) should learn to take
public criticism when they share their thought
with public.
Managing the
over-inflated ego would be more sensible,
advisable and very desirable. Challenging the
critics to a duel is rather childish. I have no
interest or inclination to be a party to your
silly and obsessively
hedonistic
games.
Dear Lady, you
sound desperate to create an excuse by hook or by
crook only to arrange for another assembly of
people to expose and promote your husband’s book.
I for one, won’t be interested in promotion of any
Islamophobic literature.
You have
alluded to some kind of jealousy; what could I be
jealous about - a trip to Israel supported by the
Zionists?
