It was a very good function. Comments of Dr. Khalid Sohail, Shahid Akhter, Nuzhat Siddiqui, and of Narang Sahib were very informative and also pleasant. Abida took too much time in praising Shakila. I wish she would have confined her comments to the beautiful and brief poem she composed. As an roganizer, you or Dr. Khalid should have fixed a time-limit for each speaker. Then Dr Gopi Chand Narang' s presence was a Coup-De ()I am going through evening of my life--All Alone. So this is my special prayer. A word about the physical aspects of your book. Your publisher has not been fair. . Dust cover is presentable but we do not know who is the artist..Two major criticisms
(1)there is not enough margin around the written piece which appears hemmed in. It has not been set off.
(2) Binding is sub standard . Book does not open flat. One has to force it. But that is the curse of all publishers. They have the capacity to print and publish properlybut they become sloppy. Regards Anwar
