Dear Khaled and Pervaiz Sahib,
I just wanted to thank you for your inviting me to speak at such an honorable occasion. The enthusiasm of the audience was quite unexpected and pleasantly surprising.  The level of participation clearly indicated that despite the natural hardship associated with any immigration, we are still serious in pursuit of protecting and preserving our rich heritage. I surely felt enlightened by the views of the speakers, especially of Shahid Akhtar and Zia Uddin Sahib. The rhythmic flow of the translations of Ghalib’s poetry by Zia Uddin Ahmed Sahib sounded pretty melodious!  I congratulate you for organizing such a memorable event in a North American city.
