In Africa, two
friends were by a lake. Suddenly, they saw a big crocodile approaching
them. They thought of defense. One friend was really scared. The braver
friend said, "Don't you believe in God? Don't you know he is all
merciful"?
The scared friend said, "Yes, I know he is all merciful. But today I
don't know if He is going to be merciful to me or to the crocodile".

Yes a wonderful joke....it reminds me of a
similar incident in our family......I am sure you remember my
uncle in Frankfurt....I mean Chaudry Mubarak, in the late
70's.....One day he said to my father to pray for him so
that he would get a permanent stay in Germany, to which my
father replied, yes he will ,but what about your children back
in Pakistan....they must be praying that you return to them as
soon as possible....so its up to the God Almighty which prayer
to listen.....best wishes & a happy Eid for you & your beloved
family.May God give you peace of mind all the year around....ameen
