So I see that
Mr. Mughal do revels in rhetorical
vocalization. The problem with the rhetoric expression is that its
energy and momentum can drag you into linguistic pleasure that can
drape the truth in the cover of your artistry.
I asked Mr. Mughal a simple question “what do
you know about Ibn Arabi or Sirhindi? How is that you can bring Ibn
Arabi or Sirhindi in the same category as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh?"
My question should have not been interpreted as
- you know nothing about Ibn Arabi or Sirhindi. I genuinely wanted
to know what information Mr. Mughal have which made him put Ibn
Arabi or Sirhindi in the same category as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.
Secondly, what I really meant by “RHETORICAL
RUPTURE of your EGO” may actually be expressed well by rephrasing it
as “RHETORICAL RUPTURE from your EGO”. We must try to
see how we may be deceived by our egos.
Witness how Mr. Mughal jumped right into the
above terminology to turn it around– a typical theatric of one who
tries to avoid the real issue.
The issue Mr. Mughal is that you slyly threw
dirt on people of such stature as Ibn Arabi or Sirhindi without
offering any facts or evidence and then thinks that this can be
justified with semantics. This is an irresponsible scholarship. How
can anyone not react to such allegations admitting you did it
indirectly or not realizing what you are saying – when the impact is
same?
So I repeat my question and ask you to share
with us the information you have to prove your allegation.
For me it does not matter if it is an eastern
scholar or a western one, I am hurt when someone throws filth on
anyone of those giants. Personally, I stand in humility and in awe
of all those giants, right from Moses to Marx, and Socrates to
Ghazali – Freud to Quratil Ain, Chekhov to Ghalib - I may differ
here and there – but I drink from those sources and nourish my soul
from all those who with their toiling hearts and bleeding souls
nourished and helped evolve the humanity. We owe them a lot but
often we do not realize. Let’s not discount all that because the
political expediencies or illiteracy diverted the history on other
paths- not intended by those giants. Let’s not mix truth with
half-truths. This translates into deceiving and manipulating the
readers into simple answers just as the pseudo-mystics try to do as
you yourself have noted- let us not do that Mr. Mughal.
