"PEACE & VIOLENCE"

Killing or violence is natural, animals kill animals, humans kill humans, and sometime animals kill humans and human kill animals. It’s a cycle of life and death. From death emanates life, and from life springs death. If there was no killing, death, destruction then this planet will die a painful death. This is now nature keeps the balance. By nature we all are animals, or behave like animals. In Urdu language all bad words are associated with animals like, donkey, pig, janwar, owl (stupid), foxy (cunning), dog (loyal), Parrot (copycat), gazelle (hirnee ankhein - pretty), bear (hairy man), she-dog (bad women), dog (slogan for political demos), etc. As for the question is peace only a moral imperative?

One must define what is peace? Peace is only absence of active fighting. It is not a moral imperative. To have peace one must be armed, and willing to die. God knows best.
